Tony DiVita is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. He joined First Pacific Bank in May 2023 as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2024.
Mr. DiVita is a seasoned native San Diego banker with more than 30 years of community and regional banking experience. Over the course of twelve years, he has held key leadership positions, including Chief Banking Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, he was a member of the executive management team at Bank of Southern California.
Mr. DiVita received the 2025 Excellence in Culture Elite Leadership Award from CultureID for inspiring positive behavior and making a meaningful impact across his team and organization.
