Kim Buttemer is a member of the Board of Directors. Ms. Buttemer is the former Chief Operating Officer of CDC Small Business Finance, where she was responsible for the day-to-day oversight, strategic planning, policy development, and project management of this private, nonprofit company with a $2 billion loan portfolio. In this role, she also served as corporate and legal counsel liaison, worked closely with a 25-member Board of Directors, managed corporate facilities across two states, and directed five key managers within the company.
Ms. Buttemer is active in the community and serves on the advisory board for Self-Help Federal Credit Union, is the Board Secretary for Prudent Lenders, and volunteers at La Jolla Presbyterian Church.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.
