Joseph E. Matranga, CPA is Chairman of the Board of First Pacific Bancorp and First Pacific Bank. Mr. Matranga is the President and Founder of Matranga & Company Accountancy Corporation, a boutique CPA firm he founded in 1985, providing accounting and taxation services to businesses and individuals in Southern California.
His professional career includes extensive experience in banking as a former bank director and loan committee chair. He previously served on Bank of Southern California’s Board of Directors from 2001 through 2020.
Mr. Matranga is a certified public accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego.
