Jerro Otsuki is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. He joined First Pacific Bank in August 2026 and is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, capital planning, treasury management, and corporate governance.
Mr. Otsuki is an accomplished financial executive with more than 26 years of leadership experience in Southern California community banking. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Liberty Bank and previously held the same role at Pacific Enterprise Bank.
Mr. Otsuki obtained a bachelor’s degree from California State University Long Beach.
