Jason E. Baker is a member of the Board of Directors for First Pacific Bancorp and First Pacific Bank. He actively serves on the Audit Committee, Loan Committee, and Compensation Committee.
As a business and trial attorney in California, Mr. Baker specializes in business and corporate law, litigation, employment and labor law, and personal injury. In addition, he teaches experiential advocacy at the University of San Diego School of Law.
Mr. Baker has achieved several professional distinctions and honors. He maintains an AV Preeminent® Rating, is repeatedly named a San Diego Super Lawyers© (2014-2022) and was the BNY Mellon Wealth Management Advisor of the Year (2017).
Mr. Baker obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. He holds a California real estate broker’s license and is a U.S. Army Veteran.
