Alex Sun is a Director of the Board for First Pacific Bancorp and First Pacific Bank.
Mr. Sun is the Chief Executive Officer of Enlyte, the parent brand of Mitchell, Genex, and Coventry. He joined Mitchell International in 2001, and since 2008, he has served as Mitchell’s President and Chief Executive Officer, guiding the company’s strategy and day-to-day operations.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Sun served as President and Chief Financial Officer. During his career at Mitchell, he has led the company’s expansion to achieve an unparalleled breadth of technology, connectivity, and information service offerings.
Previously, Mr. Sun served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration for an enterprise software company (now part of the SAS Institute), with oversight of worldwide finance, legal, human resources, information systems, and facilities. Mr. Sun also spent approximately 10 years with Merrill Lynch & Co., serving as Vice President in the Investment Banking Division, where he was responsible for providing corporate finance and strategic advisory services to financial services companies.
