Elizabeth M. Buckingham is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of First Pacific Bank. She brings more than 35 years of in-market industry experience.
Previously, Ms. Buckingham served as Senior Vice President, Branch Manager with Bank of Orange County where she successfully opened a de novo branch in Santa Fe Springs, served on the management loan committee, and oversaw a second office in Norwalk. Prior to that, Ms. Buckingham held a variety of positions in both business banking and community banking at Union Bank, Bank of Industry, Bank of Whittier, and First State Bank.
In 2006, she was awarded Business Professional of the Year by the Santa Fe Springs Chamber.
Active in the community, Ms. Buckingham is Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer and Board Member of the Santa Fe Springs Chamber/League Youth Enrichment Fund, and Director of The Whole Child. Previously, she served as Chairperson of the Whittier Chapter of the American Heart Association, Board Member of Lindsay School, and Past President of the Santa Fe Springs Rotary.
Ms. Buckingham graduated with distinction from the School of Bank Marketing in Boulder, Colorado in 1991 and from Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, Washington in 2006.
